  Founder and Executive Director of The Training Source, Inc., E. Kim Rhim, was recently named Prince George’s County Nonprofit Leader of the Year by the Greater Washington Community Foundation and earlier this year, she was given a Prince George’s Nonprofit Pride award by County Executive Angela Alsobrooks for her outstanding work in workforce development and the nonprofit sector. Recognized as one of the county’s award-winning community services and programs, The Training Source provides comprehensive job training for job seekers, with industry-recognized certifications (hospitality, healthcare and office & professional services) and job placement assistance. The Training Source also works with employers to fill vacant positions with trained and motivated candidates and train existing staff to be more effective and efficient. The Training Source’s mission is to provide education, training and services that promote positive economic mobility.

The Career Fair will be held Nov. 21 at Kentland Community Center (2413 Pinebrook Road, Landover, MD 20785). 10am-2pm.
