Eight young artists, under the direction of Rebecca Henry, perform violin works by Bridge, Mendelssohn, Maurer, and Piazzolla, and then join their Peabody Pre-Conservatory Programcolleagues in the Performance Academy Festival Orchestra. Christian Tremblay, Director of the Peabody Performance Academy for Strings, prepares the orchestra for its annual January intensive that culminates in work with a guest conductor.
