Washington Performing Arts presents: Alexandre Tharaud, piano

Known for vibrant interpretations of Baroque music, French pianist Alexandre Tharaud applies his delicate sophistication to one of Western music’s most iconic keyboard works. This “Rubik’s Cube of invention and architecture” (NPR) will require every ounce of the “bravura virtuosity and cool intelligence” that the Washington Post noted in Tharaud’s 2005 Hayes debut.
