American saxophonist Ava Oaxaca, an “accomplished soloist” and praised for her “sweetly mournful melodies” by The Washington Post, aims to bring enjoyable music of all time-periods to her audiences. Accompanist Teodora Adzharova received her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Peabody Conservatory of Music where she currently is Accompanying Coordinator at the Peabody Institute, a member of the Peabody Preparatory faculty, as well as an Associate Faculty at the Peabody Conservatory.
