Creative Saturdays give children ages 6 - 12 the experience of working with a talented local artist and learning the ins and outs of a new art form in a creative and stimulating way! Children ages 6 - 12 welcome with their accompanying adult. Cost is $10 per child, adults are free. Fun for the whole family!

On January 12: Experience the rich culture of West Africa with this treasured DC dance company. Soul in Motion provides instruments that are accessible even to the teeniest drummers. Your child will be swept up in the colorful costumes, spirited movements, and energetic drumming rhythms of this expert ensemble. The sense of connection and belonging that comes from a session of drumming together is inspiring for all ages.
