Demetri Martin started doing stand-up comedy in New York City. Then he worked as a staff writer at Late Night with Conan O’Brien. After that he became a regular performer on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. He has won comedy festival awards, and has appeared in several feature films and t.v. shows.
