The Brooklyn-based Georgian Culture Center’s Pesvebi Ensemble presents a spectacular concert of Georgia’s beloved folk dance and music with traditional instruments and polyphonic singing – in tribute to Georgia’s Independence Day. “Pesvebi” meaning “Roots,” represents several regional styles of dance, while instilling strong cultural pride among the Georgian-American community.
