From around the world and across the USA, some of the most skilled and talented emerging musicians with disabilities, age 14–25, are the winners of this year’s VSA International Young Soloists competition. This date celebrates the 29th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the 44th anniversary of VSA, a Jean Kennedy Smith Arts and Disability program.
