“China’s most venerable orchestra” (The New York Times) makes its Wolf Trap debut in a program led by Music Director Long Yu and featuring cellist and MacArthur Fellow Alisa Weilerstein. Over the past several centuries, the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra has emerged as a cultural leader whose musical impact can be felt across Asia and the rest of the world.
