Composer and vocalist Be Steadwell returns to Mount Rainier, MD for a reprise of A Letter to My Ex – The Musical, a product of her February 2019 NextLOOK artist residency made possible by The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland and Joe’s Movement Emporium. Steadwell and her cast of queer women of color thread stories of love, loss, and intimacy through beautiful LGBTQ-affirming pop songs.
