art is water, seeds are change. is a series of experimental short films that combine spoken word, music, dance and design to explore ways that the performing arts transform the world around us. Created by interdisciplinary artist and multimedia designer Alexandra Kelly Colburn M. F. A. design ’18, this dynamic 20-minute loop of mini films journeys through themes of discovery, joy, harmony and multiculturalism.
All visitors are invited to watch this event online. Outdoor viewing areas will be available on-site for eligible University of Maryland students, faculty and staff. All patrons eligible to attend must comply with all items in the 4Maryland commitment and are bound to the UMD Code of Student Conduct as outlined by the UMD administration. Lastly, they must be eligible to return to campus—this status can be checked at return.umd.edu.
