Twerk & Tone for FAT BURN is a Fun, High Energy Workout that follows a Tabata style workout. Tabata workouts are shorter but promote Fat Loss, Increases Stamina and improves Aerobic and Anaerobic capacity. So get ready for TWERK & TONE!
