Brentwood Arts Exchange is proud to announce Going Dark, a group video exhibition opening in the Main Gallery on Wednesday, July 23 accompanied by a vibrant virtual component, streaming to your homes through our digital platforms. Although our doors are temporarily closed to the public during this unprecedented time in history, seven artists will exhibit an eclectic array of works on video to illuminate the space, despite the prospect of no physical visitors. The exhibit celebrates the creativity and resilience of our artists and honors the gallery space, inviting our community to contemplate the long-standing philosophical question; if a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
