As part of our Summer Challenge program and partnership with People and Stories, join us for a live, weekly reading of a short story by a DC Public Library staff member. Each week, we will select a different story for you to enjoy and reflect on.

On Fridays, we will share stories read out loud. We will read stories in both English and Spanish (see below). Readings will be hosted on the Webex platform, and participants can join by an internet connection or by phone. Instructions are below and you can send an email to david.quick2@dc.gov. with further questions.

For Hispanic Heritage Month, we are featuring stories by and about Latin-American authors starting on Sept. 11.
