Brentwood Arts Exchange is proud to announce Mothering in a World Turned Upside Down, opening in the Main Gallery on Tuesday, September 8, and presented online through our digital platforms. Independent curator, Laura Roulet selects three artists and mothers: Amy Huges Braden, Roxana Alger Geffen, and Jackie Milad, to visually explore the experience of motherhood during a time of social, physical and economic crisis. This exhibition will define the journey of creation and the extraordinary responsibility of nurturing, protecting, and mitigating the emotions of growing children under dangerous circumstances, while simultaneously managing one's own emotions.

Later Event: October 23
