Charm City Winds is a woodwind quintet located in the Maryland region comprised of PGCC Faculty members Lori Fowser (clarinet) and Denis Karp (flute) along with Heidi Dewally (oboe), Michael Holmes (French horn), and Nancy Switkes on bassoon. They will be performing a variety of different works. This is a free virtual event.
