This concert is presented in partnership with the Embassy of Poland in Washington, D.C. to honor the 210thAnniversary of Chopin's birth, celebrated in Poland – and beyond – as the Year of Frédéric Chopin.

Brian Ganz, virtuoso pianist and teacher, continues to inspire with his connection to Chopin. In this recital, Ganz presents Chopin favorites, including the G Minor Ballade, the Heroic and Military Polonaises, and the Revolutionary Etude. NatPhil’s Music Director and Conductor Piotr Gajewski joins Ganz for a chat about his Chopin quest of performing every work of the great Polish master.
