Beginning in August 2021, the City is launching a Friday evening movie program. All movies will be shown on a big screen and will be free.  Children and adults are welcome.

First Movie: “The Lion King” on Aug 27 @Allen Pond Park

Second Movie: “Remember The Titans” on Sep 24 @ Allen Pond Park

Third Movie: “Hocus Pocus” on Oct 29 @ Belair Mansion

Bring your chair or blanket and flashlight. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. 

The first three movie titles have been selected, but we'd like to hear your suggestions for future evenings. Email your suggested titles or questions to Special Events Manager Matt Corley at mcorley@cityofbowie.org or 301-809-3078.

Outdoor movie showings will be canceled in case of inclement weather.
