Homeschoolers can join Darnall’s Chance House Museum staff for a look at the history of foraging in the 18th and 19th century and the people that relied on their knowledge of Maryland’s native plants. Explore and identify some wild edibles on the Museum grounds and create a unique “sun print” that displays your nature finds. Fee: $5/per child. For ages 6-12.
Advanced registration and payment required. Call the museum at 301-952-8010.
