This is the final round of the strings competition. Six finalists will play for 20 minutes each with a 15-minute intermission. At the conclusion of the competition, the three judges will deliberate backstage. During this time, the two winning chamber music compositions from the Washington International competition for compositions will be premiered. The announcement of winners and presentation of awards will conclude the event.
