Event: June 17 @ 2pm and June 18 @ 5pm
The Juneteenth Arts and Cultural Festival will be a 2-Day celebration that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and honors the state holiday. Juneteenth, or “Freedom Day,” not only celebrates the freedom of enslaved people in the United States of America but also the many achievements of African Americans.
The third annual festival will feature live performances, a community drum circle, farmer's market, spoken word performances, film screening, genealogy resources and family-friendly activities.
