Vocalist composer Heidi Martin received the 2024 Berger-Carter Berger Fellowship from the Rutgers Dana Library Jazz Studies Dept., for her research on the Abbey Lincoln Estate. Martin composed and recorded nine compositions for the album ATTUNEMENT, set for release in late spring 2025.
