Founded in 2007 in Washington D.C., Be’la Dona’s unique style of Funk, Jazz, R&B and Rock commands audiences. Individually, the breadth of experience of each band member ranges from formal training in jazz, classical, opera, gospel, and R&B. Not only are they musicians, but they are also civic leaders and activists, businesswomen, educators, mothers, wives, and mentors who serve as role models to girls and women.
