Jane O’Neill grew up in the Midwest surrounded by records—John Denver, Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt—and weekly family music lessons. One of twelve children, she practiced with a small symphony, now reflected in her role as a band frontwoman. Though based on the East Coast, her voice and lyrics carry a homesick, sentimental Midwest influence. Her songwriting—called "quietly confident Americana"—renders honest, human stories of love, self-discovery, and resilience.in a voice that upon first listen, you’d swear belongs on the record shelf next to the greats.
