Calling all teens! Pop out at Creative Suitland this summer to experience dance workshops, learn about the music industry, practice mindfulness and poetry! Activities are designed for ages 13-19.
The Art of MUSIC Mondays will be held every Monday from 6-7:00pm thru August 30 at Creative Suitland Arts Center (4719 Silver Hill Road, Suitland, MD 20746). This workshop will cover Art, Music, Fashion and Entertainment! Learn about the art of songwriting, promoting your voice on social media, insight into the music industry and networking with performers at the Front Porch at Suitland concert series. This weekly workshop series will be facilitated by notable soul singer and Grammy DC Chapter Governor, Deborah Bond.
This program is FREE for teens. Once eventbrite registration is complete, we will send the enrollment & emergency contact form to be returned via email or in-person.

She has been Artist in Residence at Strathmore and was recently chosen to open for the legendary Donovan on his US tour.
