But one characteristic not often associated with beauty is climate. Other qualities that rank a city most glamorous are oftentimes not the luxury, but the history and culture. Take Washington, DC for example. The nation’s capital was ranked by LawnStarter as number 4 out of 10 cities as the most glamorous city.
