The Air Show At Joint Base Andrews Never Fails To Demonstrate The Feel Of Speed And Power

  On September 13 & 14, 2025, the legendary U.S.A.F. Thunderbirds took to the skies to enthrall the military and civilian audience with their precision and training at Joint Base Andrews in Camp Springs, Maryland. Their thrilling showcase of aerial acrobatics and patriotic displays left the crowd enthusiastic and breathless. Some of America’s finest pilots, which included the U.S. Thunderbirds, U.S. Army Golden Knights and the U.S. Navy Rhino Demo Team gave demonstrations of their extraordinary skills and proficiencies in all types of flying and aeronautical gymnastics. The weather cooperated to make the weekend show an engaging and compelling tribute to the talent of these air show teams. Other flight teams that participated were U.S. Air Force Heritage Flight, C-17 East Coast Demo Team, F-35A Lightning II Demo Team, U.S. Air Force Honor Guard, U.S.N.A. Parachute Team and the U.S. Air Force Band. Admission was free and was an all-day event. –Rob Roberts
