Putting On The Blush
Rosé Tasting Fundraiser at Wardman Wines To Benefit Local Non-Profit Dance Place
Nothing says spring better than enjoying art with a glass of a blush wine in your hands.
In their annual wine tasting fundraiser, Warman Wines pairs up with Dance Place, the Brookland/Edgewood hub for dance, to kick off rosé season with a tasting of Wardman’s diverse and delightful pink wines.
Explore wines made with several different grapes – Grenache, Pinot Noir, Syrah – and from serveral countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Argentina, Austria, and the U.S. when Wardman Wines opens after hours to pour rosés on Sunday, April 29 from 6:30pm-9pm at 625 Monroe Street NE, Suite A7, Washington, DC.
A portion of the event proceeds and sales go to support the non-profit Dance Place, who is proud to provide the Brookland / Edgewood neighborhood with high-quality art at affordable prices. In particular, event proceeds will support programs like Art on 8th, Dance Place’s free outdoor art series, which returns this Spring and Summer to infuse the neighborhood with art, music and dance throughout the season.
Tickets are $20 and can be bought at this link.
Art – and rosé – make life better!
