The new Fogo De Chao opened March 24 at National Harbor on the waterfront. Over a dozen chefs and the gauchos who bring the food to guests contribute to far more than a great place to eat —- it’s a full scale dining experience centered on (but hardly limited to) a meat lover’s paradise of Brazilian-influenced delights.
