Hawkins, Harrison Host Townhall Meeting To Address Coronavirus Questions
No matter what’s happening with the chatter about Coronavirus in Congress or at the White House, the place it matters most is on Main Street, USA. And in Prince George’s, that means the town hall setting where county leaders come together to discuss the issue, head on, with residents.
At-Large County Council Vice Chairman Calvin Hawkins teamed with Councilmember Sydney Harrison (D-Dist. 9) April 15 to host the event. It was also attended by County Council Board of Health Consultant Dr. Yolandra Hancock, Liaison County Council Board Of Health Dr. Terrence Fullum, Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital’s Dr. Chile Ahaghotu and Sonja Bachus, CEO of Greater Baden Medical Services.
