Redistricting Question Moves To November
County Council, Residents Eye Nov. 16 Public Hearing
The Prince George’s County Council is continuing an ongoing discussion – and debate – over redistricting. The next significant date in the matter is Nov. 16 at a public hearing. The discussions are vital as leaders are considering adjustments to the council’s district lines over the next decade.
The Council also introduced CR-123-2021 Oct. 19. See video of the meeting here.
County Councilman Derrick L. Davis (D -District 6) introduced a plan October 14. It has since been amended.

The Council will vote on the revised plan following a public hearing in November.
