DMV Super Games Classic Headed to Show Place Arena
Annual Event Will Attract National Attention in Prince George’s
A number of Washington, DC area high school boys basketball teams will descend on the courts at the Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro for the ‘DMV Super Games,’ a basketball classic where the best teams play a match-up to prepare for national prominence representing the mecca of high school basketball. The first game starts at 5 p.m., on December 1 at The Show Place Arena at Prince George's Equestrian Center.
The three-game event will have Word of Life Christian (VA) taking on Good Counsel (MD). At 6:30 p.m., McDonogh (MD) challenges Riverdale Baptist (MD). The final match-up starts at 8:00 p.m., with Sidwell Friends (DC) taking on Bishop McNamara (MD).
Hosted by The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s (M-NCPPC), Department of Parks and Recreation, the DMV Super Game will take place in the Show Place Arena’s inside court that is also managed by M-NCPPC.
