According to The Baltimore Sun and other reliable sources, Sir Paul McCartney will play a stadium concert at Camden Yards this summer. It's been 60 years since the former Beatle jammed in Maryland (It was the Fab Four's maiden trip to the U.S. in 1964 - the year they shattered television ratings on The Ed Sullivan Show - 24 million homes - and "launched" Beatlemania at Shea Stadium in NYC). Now at 79, Sir Paul, a global icon, could play at an aquarium if he chose to so for the former Paul McCartney and Wings frontman to choose a stage in The Free State to perform is a wonderful thing, indeed.
