Alsobrooks Unveils Proposed FY 2025 Budget

Budget Address Begins At 2 PM Today

Prince George’s County Executive Angela Alsobrooks will deliver her fiscal year (FY2025) Budget Address March 15, 2024, at 2 pm, where she will formally introduce the proposed budget to Prince Georgians. The FY 2025 proposed budget will also be transmitted to the Prince George’s County Council.

  The County Executive’s proposed budget focuses on maintaining critical government services for residents and continuing to grow the local economy and position the county for longterm success. Key priorities for this year’s budget include education and youth development, public safety, investments in infrastructure for the new FBI headquarters in Greenbelt, beautification, and stormwater management in the context of addressing climate change.
