Six Flags Recognizes Those Who Served
Six Flags America Honors Military Service with Free Admission During Memorial Day Weekend
In a heartfelt tribute to the bravery and dedication of the nation’s military personnel, Six Flags America will celebrate Military Appreciation Days from May 23 to May 26, offering free admission to all active-duty service members, personnel, and veterans. The event aims to honor those who have served and continue to serve, providing a fun-filled weekend for military families and friends.
Located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Six Flags America will also extend the gratitude further by offering up to six specially discounted tickets for guests accompanying qualified military personnel. The discounted tickets will allow families and loved ones to enjoy the park’s thrill rides, water attractions, and entertainment at a reduced price during the extended Memorial Day weekend.
The initiative includes members of the U.S. Military, Reserves, National Guard, and veterans, in recognition of their commitment and sacrifice. Tickets for this special event are available for purchase starting April 28, with valid dates for entry from May 23 through May 26.
To take advantage of the offer, eligible guests must verify their military status through ID.me, a secure digital identity platform. Once logged in and verified, users can select the appropriate ticket product online. Importantly, all offers must be redeemed via the Six Flags America website, and in-park ticket purchases will not qualify for the promotion. Offers and pricing may vary throughout the promotional period and cannot be combined with other discounts.
“Military Appreciation Days are our way of saying thank you to the brave individuals who protect and serve our country,” a Six Flags spokesperson said. “We are proud to welcome them and their families for a weekend of excitement and well-deserved fun.”
Six Flags America is located at 13710 Central Avenue, Upper Marlboro, MD 20721. For more details and ticket access, visitors can go to the Six Flags America website and complete registration through ID.me.
