Beltsville Police Division VI Hosts First Annual Coat Drive

Although there are so many virus issues floating around these days that the common cold seems passe, a good winter coat is never out of style.

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Office of Community First, through our PAL Mentorship and Explorer Program, will be kicking off its first-ever “Spread the Warmth Annual Coat Drive” starting January 18 through February 10.

The division will accept new and gently used coats but ask that you get gently used items professionally cleaned or wash them before drop off. We are also accepting monetary donations. Boxes have been set up at all eight Division Stations to accommodate drop-offs. Please see the attached flyer for more details and help us spread the warmth. Drop off box location for Division VI is 4321 Sellman Road, Beltsville.
