The annual “River to Rockets” Bike Rally returns with exciting new elements. This family-friendly event is open to all riders. We have explored the Tributary Trail System and the history, culture, and nature of the surrounding communities for more than a decade. For 2017, we are mixing up our trips and heading out on a SCAVENGER HUNT! When participants arrive for the rally, they will be given a list of hints and checkpoints. At various locations riders will need to snap a picture (and post on social media). While at others interesting destinations, they will perform a silly task to earn a point and learn about our partner sites. Registration fee includes lunch, awards, swag, and a fun-filled, photograph/social media based scavenger hunt around the Anacostia Tributary Trails!
