Euge Groove -- a pseudonym for saxophone journeyman Steve Grove -- played backup for such greats as Tina Turner, Elton John, Joe Cocker, Eurythmics, the Gap Band, Huey Lewis & the News, Bonnie Raitt, Aaron Neville, Eros Ramazotti, Richard Marx, and others. He joined Tower of Power and remained for four years. His own debut album in 2000 was the first of nine.
