Performing selections from their last two recordings, the award-winning Eric Byrd Trio will present a program of jazz standards, original jazz arrangements of hymns, spirituals, and gospel music. Plus, pianist-vocalist Eric Byrd will sing a few selections. Featuring Bhagwan Khalsa on bass and Alphonso Young, Jr., on drums, the Eric Byrd Trio members are ambassadors of gospel, blues, and jazz.
