Walking is great for your physical and mental health. Learn how to establish a walking routine and connect with others who have similar fitness goals. Participants can walk at their own pace on a route determined by the instructor.
Registration for each class is required via Parks Direct. Registration opens one week before each class date and closes at 3 pm the day before each class. No classes on holidays (9/6)
