Deadline For The First County-Wide Talent Showcase August 16

The Prince George's Arts and Humanities Council knows “Prince George’s Got Talent!”
The Prince George's Arts and Humanities Council (PGAHC) is will host its first county-wide talent showcase and brunch October 27 at Camelot by Martins in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Talented artists are asked to submit audition materials by 5 p.m. August 16.
Calling all 21+ Singers, Musicians, Dancers, Comedians, Spoken Word Artists, Painters and various other types of performers, the PGAHC invites youth to audition for Prince George’s ‘Got Talent’ . (*Not affiliated with NBC’s ‘America’s Got Talent’+)
The talent showcase will be from 11:00 a.m.–3:p.m.
Young performers are invited to display their talent types, individually or in groups and are encouraged to get their auditions in soon.
Interested youth must have all audition materials submitted by August 16 at 5:00 p.m. via dropbox.
Performers should complete a 'Talent Audition Submission' form. Performers are also asked to submit an audition tape or portfolio along with the audition submission form. The PGAHC will contact those that are selected for consideration to perform at the talent showcase brunch.
The brunch is a fundraiser and with Prince George’s County’s attendance and support, PGAHC is looking to ‘ensure that their work to increase access to creative arts throughout Prince George’s County is a success!’
This PGAHC event will gather ‘artists, business leaders, philanthropists, elected officials and friends and neighbors for an afternoon of incredible food, fun and performances by local artists.’
