Prince George’s Suite Magazine Launches First Fully Digital Edition

Prince George’s Suite Magazine has now launched a digital platform for quarterly editions of their publication.
Prince George’s Suite magazine’s first digital publication is the Fall 2020 anniversary edition.
The digital platform will consist of a digital magazine, also known as a digital edition, or e-Zine. A digital edition is an online magazine or online newspaper delivered in electronic form, formatted identically to the print version. It will allow the same distribution of the magazine’s content through an electronic medium. Although technology is changing, improving, and innovating the way we consume media, the content will be the same.
“We are excited to make the magazine available in digital form,” says Associate Publisher Maria Lopez-Bernstein. “Not only does this make the magazine ‘trendy’, it makes it available to more people both in and out of the county. And it’s sustainable.”
Digital magazine publishing is the growth arena for publications. COVID-19 restrictions have solidified this trend since e-magazines began in 2010.
There were 18 million e Magazine readers in 2015 in the United States and that number was expected to more than double to 40 million consumers of E magazines by 2021, reports Statista. According to a 2018 Mequoda Magazine consumer study, digital magazine spending in the United States doubled since 2015. Some $1.2 billion were spent by adults in the United States on digital magazine subscriptions and single issues.
The digital edition of Prince George’s Suite is available in high-resolution PDF format for download onto a buyer’s electronic device for immediate viewing after purchase via a link that expires in 24 hours. The link is both on the purchase webpage and in an email that will follow purchase.

The first magazine that became available for immediate order is the Fall 2020 edition. The digital purchase option will be a standard alongside choosing the print version of the magazine.
