A Prince George's County-Told Love Story Based On Faith and Filled With Heart
‘Unfailing Love’ By Director And Producer Jewell Powell Set To Premiere July 7
Inspired by the Bible’s Book of Hosea and directed and produced by Jewell Powell, Unfailing Love tells of the life of a young man dealing with a wife who is unfaithful to him, and a young woman struggling to find faith in God and hoping she can find everlasting love. On her IMDB page, Powell is described as “an author, entrepreneur, inspirational teacher and now a filmmaker with a heart and passion for helping Christians grow in their faith.”
Powell is also a Prince Georgian.
The film is set to debut Friday, July 7. 5 pm-6 pm is the Gold Carpet sequence. 6 pm will be the screening of the movie. 7:30pm – 8pm will be the introduction of the cast. The premiere takes place at the Regal Hyattsville Royale Theatre, 20782. Important political figures and faith leaders will be attending, including Courtney Green, President of The South County Democratic Club, Antwan Brown, Chair of Prince George’s County Center Committee, Wala Blegay, Vice Chair of Prince George’s County Council, and Reverend Helen Bearden of the Fort Foote Baptist Church. Also, Pastor Tony and Pastor Cynthia Brazelton are expected to attend. It is an all-white attire event.
