PGCPS CEO Employee Scholarship Program Recipients
There Are 26 Prince Georgian Award Recipients for 2020
Students are not the only people who get great learning opportunities at Prince George’s County public schools. the program partnered with Loyola University Maryland is one such effort (as presented in the Fall 2020 edition of Prince George’s Suite Magazine. See “Upgrade”).
This year, Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) partnered with Loyola University Maryland to award more than $100,000 in scholarships and grants to PGCPS employees aiming to pursue continued professional development and education. Loyola University Maryland provided funding for 26 PGCPS qualified employees with full and half scholarships as well as $1,000 grant scholarships for the continuation of graduate degrees.
