Edition of Prince George’s Suite On Sale At Several Locations

The Fall 2018/Winter 2019 edition of Prince George‘s Suite magazine has been an eye catcher for county residents.

The edition features a biographical cover story on Prince George’s new County Executive Angela Alsobrooks whose election makes her the first woman to hold the office.

Councilman Derrick Davis shares his top priorities as he and the now 11 member county council roll up their sleeves and begin work on the challenges before them.

Prince George’s County Public Schools is front and center with a fully funded budget of $2.04 billion, the return of Dr. Alvin Thornton as chairman of the county school board, and continued leadership by Prince George’s County Public Schools Interim CEO Dr. Monica Goldson; all poised to make the school system the academic destination center needed to help transform the county into a regional and national beacon.
