Looking And Living Good: On January 19, business owner and county resident Loretta Fuller celebrated her 60th birthday with family and friends. The occasion took place at the Maryland Jockey Club on Laurel Racetrack Road in Laurel, Maryland. The event was billed as “An Elegant Affair.” Loretta did not disappoint, as she worked a rich maroon dress with a lovely flower blossom adorning the shoulder.
