Teen Fest: Safe Summer Kickoff

Juneteenth

Celebrate Juneteenth, the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the end of slavery in the United States, noon to 5pm Saturday, June 17 at Walmer Mill Regional Park. This event is free, family-friendly, and open to the public. Yoga in the Park

Junior Academy for the Performing Arts

Does your child have have a talent and curiosity for the performing arts? If so, the Junior Academy of the Performing Arts (JAPA) is here to help. JAPA helps its students grow beyond the stage by introducing novice students to musical theater (singing, acting and dance) and strengthens the knowledge and skill level of experienced students. Summer Intensive I takes place June 19-July 15 with performances July 14 and 15. Summer Intensive II takes place July 17-August 12 with performances August 11 and 12.
